Kevin Turcotte has played horn with musicians from all across the country on more than 100 recordings over the last 25 years.

Kevin has been a long-time member of many Canadian jazz groups including Rob McConnell and the Boss Brass, the Barry Elmes Quintet featuring Ed Bickert, Time Warp, Barry Romberg’s Random Access, the Neufeld Occhipinti Jazz Orchestra (NOJO), and the Dave Young Quintet.

Kevin has been on the faculty at the University of Toronto Jazz Degree program and now teaches at York University.

In Jazz Week, Kevin is teaching Brass Technique and Learn to Read - Ear Training, will lead one instrumental jazz combo, and will team-teach the Jazz Standards Combo with Lisa Martinelli.
