What do you do when your friends ask you to play with their band, but they don't have any sheet music for you? In this workshop, you’ll learn to identify the basic structure of songs through some formal analysis, understanding harmony and with a little improvisation; you will start developing some musical lines of your own. Intended for classically trained musicians who want to branch out, this class will focus on standard pop and jazz songs. |

Is this class for you?For intermediate/advanced players of piano, guitar and orchestral instruments with strong sight-reading skills. |
