A place where people share their passion for making music.
Lake Field Music Inc., a non-profit corporation, was created in 2010, but had already operated as the CAMMAC Ontario Music Centre since 1977. It provides amateur musicians the opportunity to enjoy music-making and develop their skills in a congenial atmosphere. The annual summer music camp has taken residence in Muskoka, Bolton, Oakville and now Lakefield College School since 2004.
Encouraging a network of professional and amateur musicians, Lake Field Music helps make music participation a lifelong experience by offering the music camp and promoting the activities of its faculty and participants as well as amateur music organizations.
